easy access to parks and charming landmarks nearby

the staff's hospitality was exceptional, and the atmosphere was so calm—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the beautiful Karuizawa Lake Garden, which is just under 3 km away from the hotel, and Yagasaki Park, also a short stroll away, which I absolutely loved for its peaceful views and spacious walkways.

Amazing stay! The hotel is elegantly designed, with a beautiful spa and breathtaking views from our Standard Twin Room with a River View. Breakfast was delicious, and having a mini-bar in the room was a nice touch. The blackout shades were perfect for a good night's sleep.
